on my favorite designer

Stella McCartney SS 12

well, just two words: Stella McCartney. I don't remember when she first caught my attention with her creations, but I only know that I've kept an eye on her ever since...

anyway, today I can say without fear that she's my favorite designer. maybe it's because her shirts and blazers, which have oversized cut on purpose just to emphatize the feminity and sexiness, I just can't tell you what!!! however, the only thing I could have never imagine since the day I fell in love with her designs is the fact that her dresses are the only fashion thing that keep me dreaming...

during last fall fashion shows I couldn't tell you about my dress crush fo the season just for one reason: I hadn't started my blog yet! but I'm telling you now: those dresses you see above are major cravings. are you with me? the asymetric mixed prints, the white or black mesh and all together separated with swirls of embroidery... there's is only one word that could descrive this beauty: perfection. (and I have to confess that this is not my only dress crush with Stella... do you remember the polka-dot black dresses from FW 2011? yeah, I loved them so much too!!).

but like every good thing, there always has to be a problem... the retail price!!! mamma mia!!! I just find out that they cost like ¡?#$|&!#@# euros, that's insane! and you know what? the more I know I can't afford them, the more I want them... talk about bittersweet feelings, huh?

so, to test my luck I bought a lottery ticket for tonight (don't worry, I'll keep you posted!) hehehe

okay, I gotta go and study a little lot... but if it happens that you have one of those dresses on your closet and you don't feel like wearing it... let me know, ok? (I know this is not gonna happen, but I had to try it!)
