shades

now, this perfectly can be the second episode of the 'looking for perfection' series. and yes, I'm talking about sunglasses and my difficulties to find the perfect frames.

above you can see the frames that have been by my side for like 4 years (?!) now. by then I totally was into aviator frames and unfortunately the Ray Bans didn't look good on me. the reason? well, Monica, a good friend of mine, and who turns out that works as optician said it clearly, and she was like: 'gosh, you have one of those difficult faces... you know, your face is just so tiny!!! let's see what we can find for you...'. actually she wasn't very optimistic, but on the other hand, she's so great vendor that she finally found these Chanel frames with Swarovski crystals everywhere (quite expensive, by the way! but I had no other choice... plus, I loved the fact that they weren't the classic aviators by Ray Ban! hehe).

why am I telling you this? so simple, I think it's time to move on and find another pair of sunglasses because these Chanel ones need a break (actually, they started to loose some crystals and this kind of drives me to despair!!!). I know it's going to be hard to find the perfect shades once again, you know, because of my 'tiny face', but I'm pretty sure that this is going to be a good challenge for Monica!! 

wish me luck, I'll keep you posted... but be patients because it can take a while... hehe!
